I am not getting reminders

Open iPhone Settings, Notifications, Renewly and make sure notifications are allowed.
In Renewly open Settings and check that Reminders are on and the reminder time suits you. Each subscription also has its own reminder setting.
A Focus mode may be hiding notifications. Renewly Premium can mark expensive plans as Time Sensitive so they come through.
Reminders are scheduled when you open the app. If you have not opened it for several months, open it once to schedule new ones.

Add subscriptions faster

From a screenshot (Premium): in Settings, your name, Subscriptions, take a screenshot. In Renewly open the filter menu, Import, From a screenshot, then review the suggestions and enter any missing prices.
From an email: in the add screen tap Paste from a confirmation email, or share the email text to Renewly from the share sheet.
From Shortcuts or Safari: open a link like renewly://add?name=Netflix&amount=15.99&cycle=monthly to start with the form filled in.

Cancel a subscription

Renewly cannot cancel for you. Open a subscription and tap Cancel this subscription: it takes you to your Apple subscriptions (or a link you saved) and gives you a checklist. After you cancel with the provider, tap "I cancelled it" to start counting your savings. Not sure where a subscription is billed? See Settings, Help, Where do I find my subscriptions.

Widgets, Live Activities and Control Center

Touch and hold the Home Screen, tap the plus button and search for Renewly. The small widget is free; medium and Lock Screen widgets are Premium.
Live Activities appear on the Lock Screen when a free trial is about to end or a charge happens today. Make sure Live Activities are allowed in iPhone Settings, Renewly.
The Control Center button "Add subscription" needs iOS 18 or later.

Face ID and iCloud sync (Premium)

Turn on Lock with Face ID in Settings, Privacy. If Face ID is unavailable, your iPhone passcode is used.
iCloud sync needs you to be signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive enabled. Sync is automatic when you change your list. Delete all data also clears the synced copy.

Premium, restore and cancel

Restore: open Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
Cancel: Apple manages subscriptions. Go to Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Renewly.
Lifetime Premium is a one-time purchase with no renewals.

Back up or move your data

Settings, Data, Back up to a file saves a JSON backup you can store anywhere. Restore it from the same menu on any iPhone.
